What to expect from your call with us
The first step is to complete an introduction call with our patient coordinator team. This can be completed over the phone, or by booking in for a video call. During the 15 minute call our team will:
- Explain Ótologie’s online and in-clinic tinnitus services;
- Gather the information our audiologists need to make your journey with us as easy as possible;
- If you wish to proceed with us, the patient coordinator can schedule your tinnitus assessment.
What happens after I book a video call?
After you choose a time on the calendar and submit your details, you’ll receive an email from Ótologie confirming your video call with instructions about how to join. If you can’t find your confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders.
What happens after the introduction call?
After the introduction call, you will have a choice between completing the assessment process either in-clinic at Ótologie or via video consultation with our expert audiologists. During the introduction call, we’ll explain both options so that you can decide which works best for you. The assessment process will help us to determine which treatment plan is suitable for your tinnitus.
What is the cost?
