Meet our team

Caroline Hamilton
Clinical Director
Caroline Hamilton, BSc (Aud), MSc (Neuro) is a leader in the field of tinnitus treatment and research.
Caroline has dedicated her nearly 20-year career in audiology to assessing and treating adults and children with hearing needs. Caroline specialises and is an expert in treating people living with tinnitus.
Caroline is the lead audiologist and clinical researcher with Neuromod Devices Ltd, treating more than 600 patients in four clinical trials. She was instrumental in securing CE mark certification for the Lenire® tinnitus treatment system. Prior to joining Neuromod, Caroline established and was Chief Audiologist in a successful audiology clinic and spent nearly seven years working as an audiologist with the Health Service Executive (HSE), the public health system in Ireland. Caroline is an active member of Irish Society of Hearing Aid Audiology and Irish Academy of Audiology.

Anita Sayers
Head of Tinnitus Care
Anita Sayers BSc (Physiology), MSc (Audiology) joined the Neuromod Medical team in August 2020. She began her career as an Audiologist with the national health service (NHS) upon completion of her degree from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
Anita has experience in assessing and treating the hearing needs of both adult and children populations and is particularly interested in working with those living with tinnitus. She is committed to providing high quality evidence-based care for the management and treatment of tinnitus. Anita is a member of the Irish Academy of Audiology, as well as the British Academy of Audiology.

Helen MacMahon
Senior Clinical Audiologist
Helen MacMahon MSc (Audiology) is a clinical audiologist with a particular interest in tinnitus and tinnitus management. She has varied experience working in the Irish public healthcare system (HSE) in both paediatric and adult settings.
Helen has a keen interest in audiological and neurological research and is a published author in the Irish Journal of Medical Science. Helen is committed to providing high quality patient-centred care. She is also a member of the British Academy of Audiology and the Irish Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists.

Grace Kelly
Clinical Coordinator
Grace Kelly coordinates all administrative, appointment management and payments at Ótologie.
Grace joined Neuromod Devices at the start of the TENT-A2 clinical trial and worked to ensure that all 191 volunteers could attend their treatment and follow up visits seamlessly and efficiently.
Grace’s passion is to ensure that all visitors to Ótologie can expect the highest standard of professionalism and excellence prior to and after their assessment and treatment appointments.
Grace has more than 10 years’ experience supporting teams in large regulated corporations with increasing responsibility for document and appointment management systems.

Michelle Cully
Clinical Coordinator
Michelle joined the Ótologie team in February 2022 coming from a background in the beauty and aesthetics industry for over 10 years.
Michelle has a great passion for working with people and going the extra mile by delivering exceptional client care and overall satisfaction.
