Meet our team

Anita Sayers
Head of Tinnitus Care
Anita Sayers BSc (Physiology), MSc (Audiology) joined the Ótologie team in August 2020. She began her career as an Audiologist with the national health service (NHS) upon completion of her degree from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
Anita has experience in assessing and treating the hearing needs of both adult and children populations and is particularly interested in working with those living with tinnitus. She is committed to providing high quality evidence-based care for the management and treatment of tinnitus. Anita is a member of the Irish Academy of Audiology, as well as the British Academy of Audiology.

Christy Reynolds
Senior Clinical Audiologist
Christy Reynolds, B.CommunicationPathology (Aud) is a clinical audiologist with more than seven years of experience in various clinical settings.
She graduated from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and has worked in both the public and private sector in South Africa as well as the private sector in Ireland. She had vast experience working with both adults and paediatrics before deciding to focus on patients with tinnitus.
Christy is committed to delivering patient-centred care, while staying up to date with the latest research. She is a member of the Irish Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists.
As the Senior Clinical Audiologist, Christy is responsible for seeing patients in the clinic (during assessments, fitting, and review appointments) and responding to patient queries and feedback via email or telephone.

Helen MacMahon
Clinical Audiologist
Helen MacMahon MSc (Audiology) is a clinical audiologist with a particular interest in tinnitus and tinnitus management. She has varied experience working in the Irish public healthcare system (HSE) in both paediatric and adult settings.
Helen has a keen interest in audiological and neurological research and is a published author in the Irish Journal of Medical Science. Helen is committed to providing high quality patient-centred care. She is also a member of the British Academy of Audiology and the Irish Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists.

Erin Willis
Clinical Audiologist
Erin Willis BSc (Biomed), MSc (Audiology) is a clinical audiologist who has a particular interest in hearing and tinnitus rehabilitation. To date she has experience working within the Irish public health system (HSE) and the private sector in both adult and paediatric audiology services.
Erin is committed to providing excellent patient centred care and in doing so keeping up to date with the latest in tinnitus research. She is also a member of the Irish Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (ISHAA) and the British Society of Audiology (BSA).

Ciara Lawless
Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
Ciara Lawless, BSc (Intl Dev), MSc (Public Health-Health Protection Specialisation), MSc (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Motivational Interviewing) is an experienced clinical professional with a passion for working with people living with tinnitus.
For six years prior to Ótologie, Ciara held the position of Clinical Research Associate with Neuromod Devices. She has worked with more than 500 participants in tinnitus research trials overseeing fitting of the Lenire tinnitus system, demonstrating its use and ensuring patient comfort.
Ciara has a passion for exceptional customer service and user experience. Prior to Neuromod, Ciara worked within the public health sector in numerous health protection and infection control organisations in Ireland and overseas in East Africa.

Grace Kelly
Clinical Coordinator
Grace Kelly coordinates all administrative, appointment management and payments at Ótologie.
Grace joined the company at the start of the TENT-A2 clinical trial and worked to ensure that all 191 volunteers could attend their treatment and follow up visits seamlessly and efficiently. Grace’s passion is to ensure that all visitors to Ótologie can expect the highest standard of professionalism and excellence prior to and after their assessment and treatment appointments. Grace has more than 10 years’ experience supporting teams in large regulated corporations with increasing responsibility for document and appointment management systems.

Michelle Cully
Clinical Coordinator
Michelle joined the Ótologie team in February 2022 coming from a background in the beauty and aesthetics industry for over 10 years.
Michelle has a great passion for working with people and going the extra mile by delivering exceptional client care and overall satisfaction.
